Twick or Tweat!

ROAR! Hello! Twick or Tweat! Wow! (when getting candy). Thank-you! and sometimes Happy Halloween! or Boo!

That pretty sums up how Zoe did trick or treating, it was awesome to see what progress she has made in this last year....in all areas. What a difference a year makes, that and alot of hard work for Zoe and us. Here is our little Lion who is not so little anymore, and is blossoming so fast now we can't keep up, so we just go with the flow and try not to worry so much anymore (well that last part is pretty hard for me, but I'm working on it, it's an ongoing internal battle).

She wanted to wear her costume, people understood her when she talked to them (even though she was talking so softly and was being alittle shy), she really "got" Halloween and loved the concept...the parties, dressing up, pumpkin carving, all of it. She truly had a blast which means we had a great time (with some emotional moments - good ones - from me).
The best part....checking out your loot, when you get home, Zoe couldn't wait to open the lollipop that she got about half way down our block, but she was patient and waited until we got in the door and sat on the steps, dug into her pail, found it, and well, from the picture you can see it was worth the wait.

What do you make of this,

I saved this picture till last, that is Zoe and Al walking ahead. We've determined that it might be my breath but no other pictures taken in that time frame has it, like seconds apart (I have a digital, you take many shots of one hoping for one).

Could this be guardian angels or spirits following and watching over us while we went out. Al has also had a sore back lately, and we noticed a significant line down his spine. HMMM! Is it for protection? Zoe has a huge light over her...could that be her guiding light, angel, etc? We would like to think that this means nothing bad or evil, of course. Anyway, it may be nothing but we are open to the thought that it could be something wonderful and very special and that we were able to see it.

Look at it, you see lots of different things, typical ghost faces, an angel(s), or 3 figures for the 3 of us? Tell me what you think, I find it interesting, hopefully you do too.

Zoe looked so cute! That's great that she was so receptive towards Halloween and had a great time with all the festivities!! Good for Zoe!! I think it's incredible that these little pumpkins can understand all the different things we put them through. Even Marin figured it out...When Adam tried holding her candy bag for her, she firmly grasped it against her chest!!! I think each year will be more fun now!!

As for the spooky picture! Yes, it could be your breath, that would be the logical answer...and the answer your brain wants you to believe, but I bet there was other "spooky" stuff going on when you took it. I've seen many pictures where you can detect spirits in the pictures, or an aura, or a certain mystery glow with the subjects... You know me, and how I believe!!! I'd say it's definitely protection. The faces in it are ghostly, but I bet that's just because of the day it was taken!!

Go with your gut feeling. You have to interpret it as you see it. We can all say what we see, but as with all of the unknown, it's really what you feel and "see" or interpret. Very cool, nonetheless!!!

I am so happy to hear Zoe is doing so well and loved Halloween, you can sure see that in the pictures, what an adorable lion she made!

Sounds like it was a magical night for you both with your little girl, and as for the "breath" hmmm, now that is spooky, the straight line is baffling, maybe the spirits were playing and you caught them!

In Germany one visits the graveyards on the 31st of October and lay new wreaths, it is called "Old Souls" night....so who knows!

Zoe you made such a great Lion!
