Paws n' Chocolate

Emily loves to sun herself on the cat tree, and really spread herself out while lounging. We've never seen her do this though, and this was our view from the kitchen.

What a sassy cat with big mitts, she has 6 toes instead of 5 (polydactyl cat), with her 6th toe being a thumb.
She is a Russian blue, and she's very soft, but boy is she sassy!

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!

Zoe made Al a chocolate cake and decorated it with hearts and sprinkles. This was from her daycare, each dad got one, WOW, that 's alot of baking, they made them all from scratch!

Zoe spent half an hour doing hers, very meticulously placing the hearts on the cake one by one, and the plopping the sprinkles in one big pile.
She definitely had a clear idea of how she wanted her cake to look, picking out the colour of the icing and lettering too. And it tasted delicious too, she was so proud to give the cake to daddy, as well as the card she made for him with a picture of herself in it.
